G&D Starkey 100
Starkey 100/StarSign Bundle Edition
StarKey 100 is bundled with StarSign software by A.E.T. (exactly the A.E.T. middleware is called SafeSign)
The STARCOS family of operating systems meets the highest security requirements and is a fully multi-functional operating system according to the ISO standard. The G&D STARCOS SPK smart card is capable of on-board key generation of RSA keys of 1,024 bits key length. The middleware product from G&D's technology partner A.E.T. Europe included in G&D's StarSign Token product, supports the STARCOS SPK 2.3 / 2.4 / 2.5 smart card range developed by Giesecke & Devrient, including the StarKey 100 USB token (with STARCOS SPK 2.3 / 2.4 chip),

Benefits:
Highly Secure Key Generation Starkey 100 uses smart card technology to enable generation of public and private keys in hardware
Private keys are never exposed to the PC environment
CompatibleStarkey 100 may be custom configured with any ISO 7816 compliant smart card chip
Portable Starkey 100 is Hot Pluggable and may be attached to a key chain; simply remove it from the USB port and carry your sensitive security credentials with you
Secure Storage sensitive personal security credentials need not be left in the insecure PC environment
Starkey 100's secure file system and authentication mechanisms insure that personal security credentials are kept safe inside Starkey 100, isolated from hackers, viruses and other threats . Low Cost Starkey 100 may be used to replace smart cards in PKI applications, but Starkey 100 requires no special reader
Easy to Use no special development or integration work needed for Internet Explorer, Outlook, Outlook Express or Netscape Communicator
Easy to Integrate no special development or integration work needed for standard MS CAPI, PKCS #11 or PC/SC applications
Multi Use ePass may be configured to support multiple keys and applications
Two Factor Authentication security may be enhanced by requiring the user to enter a password when using Starkey 100
Password Management Starkey 100 may be made to store many passwords; users need only
