GemSafeXpresso 32k with GemSafe Lib
The GemSafeXpresso is successor card of the GemSAFE GPK and therefore the current PKI card from Gemplus. The GemSafeXpresso is based on a GemXpresso R3.2 E32PK java Smart-Card, whereas the GemSafe PKI-applet (v2) is stored in the ROM, saving valuable EEPROM. But consider this java-card is "card manager locked", this means that you can't install further applets onto the card.
Because of the GemSafe Applet, this card is acting with applications like the GemSafe GPK card, and can be used with GemSafe Libraries for PKI purposes resp. GemSafe Logon. Corequisite the applet, the pre-perso profile has to be fixed, this means that place for the cryptographic keys has to be allocated. Our offered cards hold the standard Pre-Perso Profile.
